You MUST be 18 years or older to commission ANYTHING from me. I will require proof of a valid ID before continuing a commission. I will NOT work through parents.

I do work in an area where cats and dogs frequent, if you are allergic to either, I would not recommend purchasing suits from me.

PAYMENT

Before being able to commission me, you must fill out a quote form. This will give you the exact price of your desired suit minus shipping. Shipping is calculated AFTER the completion of your suit. 

To confirm your slot, you must pay a 30% down-payment to pay for materials. your slot is NOT reserved until you pay the down-payment, and the slot may be given to someone else. Please be ready to pay before asking for a slot.

Currently I will only accept payment through Paypal and Venmo 

PAYMENT PLANS

I accept payment plans of any kind, but again 30% MUST be paid upfront. After the 30%, payments can be made at anytime with any amount. Keep in mind that the faster you pay, the faster your suit will be completed. NOTHING will be sent out until the suit is paid in FULL.

CANCELLATIONS

I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL ANY COMMISSION FOR ANY REASON. I ALSO RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REUSE/SELL ANY PRODUCT AFTER ALTERING THE DESIGN AS NEEDED IF A COMMISSION IS TERMINATED.

I usually will not do cancellations, but if for whatever reason a cancellation is necessary, refunds will depend on how much work is completed. The first 30% down-payment is NON-REFUNDABLE. A refund is NOT guaranteed.

Any attempt to scam me will result in termination of the commission, no refund AT ALL, and the resell of the suit after alterations are made as needed.

SHIPPING

I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS DUE TO SHIPPING. 

That being said, if a suit DOES get lost in the mail, I may be able to remake the suit depending on if I have the supplies to remake it without paying out of my own pocket.

Please make sure you give me the right address to ship to, and I will not ship to P.O. boxes.

I will ONLY ship within the U.S., no international orders please!

VIOLATION OF ANY OF THESE TERMS WILL RESULT IN TERMINATION OF COMMISSION, BLACKLIST, AND POSSIBLY NO REFUND.

BEGINNING ANY SORT OF TRANSACTION WITH ME IS AN AUTOMATIC AGREEMENT THAT YOU'VE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND ACCEPT THESE TERMS.
